Location is off for There & Then, so notes save without a pin unless you choose a place here.
Safari remembers if location was refused for this site, and won’t ask again on its own. Either of these fixes it:
- Add to Home Screen. Tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”, and open There & Then from there. The Home Screen app asks for location afresh.
- Or allow it in Safari. Tap aA in the address bar, then Website Settings, and set Location to Ask or Allow. If Location Services is off for the whole phone, turn it on under Settings, Privacy & Security, Location Services. Then reload this page.

- Open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Location Services, and make sure it is on.
- In the same list, open Safari Websites and choose While Using the App.
- Come back here and tap Try again. If nothing changes, close the app fully and reopen it.
